Raising a Service Request in Fresh Servicedesk
Before you can raise a Service Request, you need to ensure you are logged in to the Fresh Servicedesk portal. If you are not already signed in, click "Login" in the top right corner.
Step 1: Visit https://servicedesk.arag.co.uk where you will see the home page of the Fresh Servicedesk portal

Step 2: Now you will see the Service Catalog. This contains a list of existing services that can be requested, each one containing fields specific to the service you are requesting.
You should aim to select an existing service template from the catalog as it will allow us to capture all the relevant details needed for us to fulfill your request, meaning it can be processed quicker and more accurately.

Step 3: Select the service that you require from the list.
If you are unable to find the service you are looking for, you can use the "General Service Request" item. A full guide on submitting a General Service Request item is provided here.

Step 4: After selecting the type of service request that you require, complete the fields shown with as much detail as possible about your requirements.

Step 5: Once you have provided all the relevant information, click "Place Request" to create a ticket.

Raising General Service Request item
Step 1: Visit https://servicedesk.arag.co.uk where you will see the home page of the Fresh Servicedesk Portal

Step 2: Now you will see the Service Catalog. If you have browsed this catalog and cannot find an item for the service request you require, you can select the "General Service Request" item.
If the request you are making is repeatable and would benefit from a from to capture information, please raise a request to add this to the Service Catalog.

Step 3: Now you will see the General Service Request form. Please provide as much detail as possible here to help with understanding your requirements. Once you are done, click "Place Request" to submit.

Step 4: After clicking submit you can either submit the request for yourself or on someone else's behalf.

Step 5: Once submitted, you will be able to view your ticket on the Fresh Servicedesk portal. From here you can do various things such as updating any additional fields that may be relevant, view the current status of the ticket, add notes/replies or close the ticket.

You will also be able to see the request, along with any other existing tickets here from the homepage of Fresh Servicedesk.
